PARISH COUNCIL VISION STATEMENT
and
PARISH COUNCIL GOALS 2007-2012
 
VISION STATEMENT

The Parish Council will continue to serve as a guiding force for the parish.  Through prayerful discernment and collaboration with the pastor, the Council will examine the needs of the parish and the larger Christian Community.  This includes but is not limited to being a support to all Parish Committees, develop policies and foster programs to address and meet the needs of the parish and contribute to the Archdiocesan goals and policies for the parish.
 
 
 
GOALS 2007-2012
 
 
1.  In conjunction with the Parish Committees the Council will continue an ongoing evaluation of the needs of the parish with a collaborative plan to address the needs accordingly.
 
2.  Review and support the standing committees with their goals.
 
3.  Implement the Faith in Our Future Campaign as directed by the Archdiocese.
 
4.  Examine Living Our Faith recommendations and be responsive to the guidance of the Archdiocese.
 
5. Keep the parish members well informed by providing open communication to the entire parish family.
